More BS from the left. Georgia’s bill legalizes drop boxes which were illegal before the pandemic. Increase the number of early voting days etc. This crap is getting old, it needs to be flushed with the rest of the out house renderings. Even Biden got called out with 4 Pinocchio’s for these types of garbage.

What about the part that allows Republicans to override the county election committees if they don't like the reported election results?

And over 450 laws seeking to weaken voter security are working their way through the chambers. But let's not mention that there are MORE laws seeking to weaken voter security than there are seeking to "restrict voting access"
And on the topic of the Georgia law....
"reduced the number of places where people can vote,"
No. It actually radically INCREASES the number of places. Previously drop boxes were ILLEGAL, even though they were used extensively in 2020. This bill actually codifies them and makes them legal, although it does create actual RULES around them, which means there WILL be less drop boxes - but they will all be LEGAL drop boxes now, which means a MASSIVE increase in LEGAL voting places.
"barred elections officials from oversight,"
Again, false. Elections officials still have complete oversight. They just now ALSO have state-level assistance.
"and criminalised giving out food and water to people waiting in voting lines,"
Again, false. Self-serve unattended water (and food!) stations are completely legal. What is "criminalised" is actively giving out BRIBES to voters standing in line - to include food or water. And even THEN you can STILL bribe the voters with food or water - you just can't do it when they are actually IN LINE - you have to do it from a short distance away. You can't walk up and down the line handing out food and water with a sign that says "vote for Johnny." I think that is a GOOD idea.
"among other measures that make it harder to vote in the state."
Like expanding early voting? Or expanding weekend voting?
But please, do go on about how hard Georgia's law has made it to vote. Please continue to spread lies and propaganda.
