I do not agree with it, but it is a legal right to do so. As stated in another post on this subject- what is the ultimate goal/motive knowing that the outcome will most likely not change. Also as stated, tweets like this from now PE Trump does not help along with his current tweets

Trump is addressing people that should not be voting being allowed/able to vote (primarily). Stein and Clinton are trying to hang their recount on some sort of statistical anomaly in voting patterns etc.(no evidence of fraud). They only see this anomaly in stated Trump won that were historically blue states, huh, funny how that works.

Trump would be better just to ignore this and continue picking his cabinet. He can't help sticking his foot in his mouth. I voted for him but I don't like him. I just disliked Hillary more.

Operating within the law and doing the right thing are not the same thing. It is a waste of time and money. Honestly, I believe Clinton put her up to this to act as a surrogate. , hoping it will lead to some avenue to justify a claim to the Presidency. Or at a minimum, keep people bitter about the election (similar to what was done in 2000) in an effort to have that base ready in 2020. Everyone scoffed at Trump for threatening to do the same if he saw issues and now look at them. Hypocrisy is in full swing here. The fact is, Clinton conceded, Trump won, and these actions by Stein are counterproductive.
