Australia: Rescuers rush to get stranded whales into the sea

Around 160 long-finned pilot whales have washed up on the coast at Dunsborough, 285 kilometres (177 miles) south of Perth in western Australia. According to Parks and Wildlife Service South West (PWS), 28 whales have died.

I helped pull a shark back into the water when I was younger (Hint, grab the tail...with gloves on!) Even though it was small, it took five of us to drag the darn thing. Can't imagine moving a whale ...by hand!
