She was one of the midshipman sponsored by my sponsor family. She is absolutely competent and worthy to be a CVN CO.

Need to specify a CVN. A female friend was CO of a LHD, which carries aircraft. Recently a F35B landed aboard. So, USS Wasp can be called a fixed wing aircraft carrier.
