B-52 training went off as planned

This is great that everything went well. Everyone knows that snafu can happen anytime

Sometimes those artillery rounds don't always go where they are planned.

Wish I had been there. That would be something to see. I recall when the MLRS was first fielded, they had a big event for its first "fire mission" on post. We all went out to stands setup with a good view of the MLRS at the firing point. They were shooting into west range, and some wise guy made a joke about how funny it would be if they overshot and put a round into a restaurant parking lot in Cache. Predictable, a reporter overheard part of that conversation, and the news that night included a report that several automobiles had been destroyed. Reporter didn't even check. Never take a news story at face value.
