SPC Nancy Greene Rodney Hit the Poor Shmuck in the Ass! He would have been Right to Get License and Insurance Information! I wouldn't have faulted that Idea but Once the 3 "Passengers" Got Out of the Car to Stretch Our Legs, That Poor Guy got in His Car in a Hurry and Drove Off. Rod was a Little Guy but I can Understand the Dilemma. One Little Guy Backed Up by 2 White and 1 Black Very Tall Scary Guys in Suits? Like Something Out of a Mafia Movie.
