Not a good start for this aircraft. It was certified Monday. Another crash killed two Icon employees in May. That one was determined to be pilot error. Part of their promotional material is about how easy it is fly the aircraft. Maybe that is a problem.

Yeah, it sure seems like this model is having difficulties. Fortunately, it will cause a re-examination of the airframe and power plant and get a more reliable airframe. Granted, we aren't sure what the cause of this accident was, yet..
