The Instagram post reveals the officers later determined they had the wrong guy. While he did not apparently have a warrant, he was arrested for resisting arrest.

Where do you get this stuff from Capt Dwayne Conyers? LOL I cant quite make out the flashing on the back of the guy who kicked him but it looks like security. The other one you can plainly see police. There are a lot of people who should nto be doing what they are doing!
