I have flown United Airlines for years and I'm actually shocked that those crew members had to force the remove that Asian doctor over the GD United Employees having priority. I hope this traumatic event sets in motion checks and balances were people won't get rejected like he did. We had the similar the situation we voluntarily give up our seat only to find out that our voucher wasn't valid later from United Airlines.

I hope these vouchers are legitimate because ours did not work. They say they're going to pay the $10,000 but will the voucher actually work? Once, I had an issue with an airline where their plane was not leaving on time due to Mechanical or flight crew issues and they were able to get a Canadian airline to book me on a flight on their computer. If this can be done in Canada with an American Airline why couldn't this Dr. be put on another airline immediately?
