I have a very good friend that is using the VA services for his disability issues, and its stuff like this that I worry about at time. He is a good man and so far they are treating him ok, but some of what he is going through is just plain bull. He has no disability benefits that I can see, but at least the are providing him care at their facilities. Maybe things will change and he will get more of the help that he needs? Dunno, but it would be nice to see it.

I agree, SPC Jeremy Gardner. Looks like things have turned for the better at this VAMC in Tennessee. Accountability and transparency are very important if the VA will continue to improve.

I think VA Secretary Shulkin is doing his best to make the VA a better organization. Congress I'm not so sure of.
