Blood Mary Poached Eggs

Looks ok, but I'll stick to drinking that vegetable juice that was made, and frying my eggs.

Poached egg in a basket: Prepare eggs as for poached(some put in a pot of boiling water with white vinegar and scoop out with perf spoon and set spoon on folded hand towel to drain. Others use a buttered egg cup set in a ring over boiling water for a few minutes to proper poached State.. and transfer to a dish or on top of. Toast on plate.). Cut hole in toast and lower poached egg product . .maybe have 2d piece under 1st(with no hole in it).. ..season egg to taste..

Capt Dwayne Conyers not sure I could stomach that. I do like some bloody marys but I am pretty picky.
