MSgt Ken "Airsoldier" Collins-Hardy - I know of him well. I spent eight good years on the Eighth Coast Guard District in New Orleans, and I lived and worked in Kansas City, MO. Back in the 1970s, I met a number of jazz men who had lived and worked in the 18th and Vine neighborhood which was my patrol district. These wonderful old men played with Parker, Wellington, Basie, you name the Jazz great, they ate and slept Jazz with those giants. I still get chills thinking about the conversations we had back in those days. I've long loved Smooth Jazz, and my truck radio is set to SiriusXM channel 66, Watercolors. Love that sound when I'm driving. Semper Paratis.
