SCOTUS will overrule. States don't have the ability to A) Punish a potential candidate for a crime in which they were never charged, much less convicted or B) Punish a potential candidate for president since Article 14.3 doesn't apply to the office of president.
If you disagree, then you are a Joe biden supporter or an uneducated simpleton. But, I repeat myself.

The 14th Amendment doesn't apply to the president.
" . . . . as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State . . . . "
Notice that the word "president" is missing. English is tough for some people.
This will be overturned for two reasons:
- 14.3 doesn't apply to the president
- Trump hasn't been charged with an insurrection
