If this would have happened under President Obama's watch he would have been pardoned as well since President Obama thinks that this is more important than global warming I mean pardoning people I shouldn't be pardoned that's what I mean.

Mr. Obama got him released by the Taliban. He could have pardoned him at any time while he was president. To claim that Obama would have pardoned him if he could have is truly ridiculous. He DID have the chance to pardon him but did not.

What Really bugs is me that PFC Manning can possibly get a top secret clearance after being pardoned by naive and and myopic former president Obama. A presidential pardon cannot be revoked. It's like he never even did a thing and it's possible that Manning Maybe responsible for the deaths of 20 people even though she claims it was innocent spillage.

LTC (Join to see) - Manning was commuted not pardoned. The difference is that in a pardon, it is like it never happened. In a commutation, the charge and conviction record still stand, but the punishment is wiped out. That is why Manning started a GoFundMe because no one will hire her. I am not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night!

Correction PFC Manning was found guilty and the sentence was commuted but that person still has a felony conviction but was just released from jail.
