Brett Kavanaugh's questioning of January 6 charges sparks fury

I'm no lawyer. When members of Congress flee the chamber out of fear and business ceases, that seems like obstruction to me. As far as the 6 other charges should be enough. When has the been the standard in prosecutions? Do Judges say yes, I understand that he illegally obtained a gun, fled the scene and shot and wounded police, but isn't the charge of murder enough?

So when a fire alarm was pulled and Senate cleared? When the White House was attacked and Trump was moved to a safe room? Now we have people chanting,”death to America” while blocking traffic and preventing emergency vehicles getting to people in dire straits etc.? When terrorist opened fire on the Senate Floor? When the Capital Hill Was Fire bombed? The Jan 6 is the biggest problem?

the creditability of the SCOTUS is already hanging by a thread and the conservative justices can cut that thread or reinforce it. Looks like we will be waiting.
