Yes, just need to put pontoons on it since it has leaks in the axle shaft alley. The F-35B junk strike fighter is bankrupting the cheap royal navy!!

That's actually a fairly common failure, easily fixed, and not at all catastrophic. She'll be ok.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I am not at all clear why the two islands? And, since they have no angle deck or catapult, I think they are missing the Boat (no pun intended) on being able to launch and recover other aircraft either now or in the future. Could it capture an aircraft that needs arresting gear? I guess they think it will never operate with a USN Battlegroup or it's aircraft.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I did note the cubical design, but after serving on three Air Craft Carriers in my career, I learned how valuable flight deck real-estate can be, and that second Island sure takes up a lot of real-estate on that flight deck, not to mention elevator space.
