California City Approves Law Requiring Gun Owners To Carry Liability Insurance

I suspect this will be challenged and overturned.

Call it a levy, tariff, insurance, duty, toll, excise, impost, contribution, assessment, tribute, tithe, charge, fee, liability, customs, dues, poll, cess, burden, load, weight, encumbrance, demand, strain, pressure, stress, drain, imposition, responsibility, worry, care, onus or obligation.
It's still a tax.

Makes sense but of course the NRA and their minions will disagree. But reality says the same as we have thousands of uninsured drivers there will be uninsured gun owners.
