The insanity in Sacramento doesn't seem to be waning; it's exponentially increasing.

The California legislature that probably drinks way too much alcohol and smokes pot and even cigarettes on a daily basis comes up with another good idea fairy ideas such as a sugar tax on Sodapop which people can just go buy out of other jurisdictions or adding carbon taxes which will just kill the economy.
