You like a CAC could? It would be useless to the enemy as they would still need to know the pin. 2-Factor authentication still applies.

Like the CAC, it would probably be a two factor authentication system, possibly three (biometric perhaps). That way if the enemy does get the jacket, its just a very expensive piece of clothing.
