Lt Col Charlie Brown That sounds like trying to move the cart without a horse. They invented the cart but had no reasonable way to move it!

VIC ?..... COOL IT With That "Cart & The Horse" Stuff,~~ LMAO
I'm SO Old I Remember Them Well. Both The Milk Man & Our Ice Man
Made Deliveries Using Them; The Horse Pulled The Carts Along To The Next Stop
& Waited For Them To Catch Up At The Next Stop ~~ The Men Removed The Items From Their Carts And Make The Delivery To The House, As The Horse Continued Ahead To The Next Stop... And On And On It Went,
OH & I Have An Old Photograph, Of "Our Father, Whom Aren't in Heaven", When He Was Around 12 - 13 Years Of Age, Driving a Team of 2 Horses While Delivering Ice To The Customers Of "Lansing Ice And Fuel" Of Lansing, Michigan
