Carbon tax smackdown, part 2: Andrew Coyne asks what is this argument really about?

I am giving Rally Point in ocasio-cortez doubleheader on the carbon tax price Smackdown part 2. The oil companies in the USA are purposely funding organization to prepare the US public for a carbon tax in the very near future because the oil companies want uniformity. I am here to stop this. By the way, my province is going to stop the carbon tax in about 2 weeks. This province recently elected a conservative governor who vows to spite provinces in Canada who don't want pipelines nor Alberta's oil. There is a civil war here in Canada over the climate change zealots and those who want to show reasonable environmental stewardship.
