Carbon Traders Whine Permits are Too Cheap to Make a Profit

I love the Orwellian doublespeak in the leftist article: "Carbon markets, the free-enterprise solution to saving the world from global warming, are now in danger themselves."
Then it goes on to explain government mandated caps, taxes in the form of "permits," and artificial constraints to Supply (i.e, shrink the cap over time). Explain how is this free market again? Explain how it's an "industry," when it's really just a set of taxes that can be traded? And finally, explain how carbon taxes in the US (only) will reverse global recovery from the Little Ice Age, while China and the all developing nations flips us the "carbon finger"? Just laughable! These idiots fail to recognize the human race has recently emerged from the hunger, cold and disease-ridden existence is has almost always experienced on this earth. And it has emerged from this horrible existence largely due to cheap and omnipresent electricity provided by...carbon!
