Thanks for letting us know SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that St. Louis Cardinals backup catcher Brayan Pena made headlines last week when he announced plans to join the Army Reserve.
I expect he is in great shape at 35 which would a prime consideration in the Army granting him an age-exception waiver.
Within the past few weeks there was a consideration to have people come into the military at high levels who were highly trained - those people would have been over 35 in many cases.
