Whatever it takes to get some safe economical ammunition pumped out! I have plenty now, but like I tell people, if you know how much ammo you have, you need more.

LOL. I did an inventory recently and I have enough to get me by. I refuse to pay these crazy prices. I've considered selling a few rifles because someone is willing to pay me double what I paid. I can be patient and rebuy them when the price is right. Besides I don't enjoy shooting rifles that kick like a damn mule.

SGT Brad Baier - Same here. I've seen ammo for sale, and was almost going to buy it, but I keep remembering that I bought 650 rounds of 9mm for less than $70. I cannot and will not pay 10x that price for less. I can wait. Or if things pop off, I figure there will plenty to pick up off the ground.

We have a local gun shop in Springdale, Arkansas. They had a large supply ammo in many different calibers when I visited on Saturday. The only problem was they were gouging on their prices. If people are foolish enough to pay these prices then so be it. They were asking .15 cents per round on .22 long rifles. Most of the .223 was over a $1 per round plus tax. 7.62 X 39 were over $10 per box of 20 in steel case ammo. The asking price on some Hornady 30 grain 22 magnum was $25 for a box of 50. A few weeks ago it was $16 per box. I'm not going to take advantage of anyone. I can wait and see if it actually calms down. I made sure to get my supply when the prices were reasonable.
