No it hasn't gone away but and you know what I bet you the medicine to take care of it has skyrocketed because while you're not looking the Pharmaceuticals are jacking up their prices because nobody's looking.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - thank you Nelson for correcting me since my innuendo was based on interview I saw on PBS news week and a half ago with the author of this book a former nurse was giving examples of old medicines that were being jacked up astronomically been around for decades. I look for the CBS News example and I couldn't find it on YouTube. Thank you for showing me that the there is socially responsible help being done by the pharmaceutical industry

LTC (Join to see) - After a less than two decades companies lose control of drugs the created most of the time with some rare exceptions some are jacked up but it is not nearly the norm. much of the furoirs is real m biut more of it severs to sell books and website clicks/
We do need to bring patent turns under control again and make renewal much much harder or impossible.
Look around you, many of the folks you see over 60 or so are alive because of Big pharma " I definitely and so is my wife.

1stSgt Nelson Kerr - good point my wife had an aneurysm at age 39 and she was given an experimental anti spasm drug injected into her skull for the first week and a half while she was recovering. You do have a point.
