Everyone that took part in this briefing came out of the room with no doubt about the Crown Prince's involvement in the murder. So on what basis does our POTUS continue to say "maybe he did, and maybe he didn't"? He continues to take the word of Putin over our own intelligence people, and now he takes the word of the Crown Prince over our intelligence people. Just whose side is he on anyway?

What’s to brief? The Saudi Government assassinated an outspoken Saudi citizen. We make a big deal when Putin does it, so we have to make a big deal when an ‘ally’ does it, so as to make the current administration seem hypocritical for not making a big deal out of it.

I’d also be willing to bet just about anything that our own government has maybe/possibly participated in a few less than legal assassinations in the past, also.

So again, what’s to brief? Khasgoggi is dead. Saudis killed him. No longer deny it. Does it really matter if they cut his fingers off before his feet? Does it really matter how bad of a beating they gave him before they partially skinned him? Does it really matter that they used acid to help liquify his remains and pour down the drain? If they had given him a bite of a poison apple, and he died quietly in his sleep, and then was given a proper funeral, would that have made it better?

Terrible situation, for sure. But what key details will she brief that haven’t been leaked so far? “They pulled his toenails out first”. Oh well that explains it. Ultimately, a non-story, capitalizing on the horrific murder of a man to whip up political bases here in our country.
