Agree completely. Unfortunately, we are in for a whole lot more of it between now and November and, God forbid, beyond.

I think many can agree that her actions are very unethical. Whether or not it was actually illegal is to be determined. At this point, there are those who defend her on legality as well as those who wish for her indictment.

Let's be honest and even take her out of the equation. She is telling the truth. We don't want to hear it, but she's right. GEN Patreus gave up three books that had SAP access info in them from his HOME to his mistress. She did NOT have a need to know any of it. It was wrong that he had it in his house in the first place. He retires as a four star, with a slap on the wrist, and he's still making a killing. RHIP while not an officially recognized thing IS a recognized thing. I Manning gives out information at a lower level and is doing 35 years, and gets to transform into Chelsea. So how come Patreus isn't doing time for having SAP in an unsecure location (no your house is not a SCIF), give it to another and retires with everything? GEN Ward used a travel card stupidly and was demoted. Clinton knows she has a fall guy. She's no different than Reagan with Ollie North. "Important People" will have a fall guy, and hers is going to testify under immunity. We could walk this back farther to the Mai Lai massacre. 14 officers are given charges, but only the LT is in jail? RHIP all day EVERY DAY.

SSG Warren Swan I'm glad you brought this up. The difference is he was held accountable for his actions, placed on probation, fined $100,000, and resigned his position.

CPT (Join to see) - Ma'am to HIM, what did he loose? 100k to me or you would be devastating. To him, it was already said in his new position, that was a drop in the bucket. He resigned from heading the CIA....so you leave government work on YOUR terms, and make a killing in private industry. So how accountable is it when a SPC gets 35 years, but an O-10 retires honorably with full everything? What message does this send to the troops that we already don't know?

SSG Warren Swan - This is a different question than the one I read. It is the same as the reason OJ Simpson walks free, he could afford a "Dream team" legal team a luxury most don't have.
