Clinton on being indicted over emails: 'It's not going to happen'

Ms. Clinton admits to having deleted 30,000 emails thereby depriving the State Department from preserving the records and using a private email/server exclusively. Ms. Clinton says, other Secretaries of state did the same thing with regards to using a private email. A check of pervious secretaries of state show they did occasionally use personal emails for official business, however Ms. Clinton is the only one who never once used the @state.gov email. If Ms. Clinton had used a @state.gov email address, every email sent and received would have been archived in the State Department system. Ms. Clinton knew this and she did an end run around the system.

Wednesday Ms. Clinton, refused to answer if she'd quit the presidential race, if she were indicted over her private email server. "Oh, for goodness, it's not going to happen. I'm not even answering that question," Clinton said in the CNN/Univision debate in Miami.
Ramos then followed up by making a statement followed by a question, "So it seems that you issued one set of rules for yourself and a different set of rules for the rest of the State Department," Ramos said. "So who specifically gave you permission to operate your email system as you did. Was it President Obama?" Her reply was that she didn't need permission. Her predecessors had done the same thing.
