the sad part about articles like this is that they take place every couple of years and yet nothing changes. These politicians that have been in Washington for more than 20 years don't care about veterans, NG, Reserves or active duty Soldiers anymore than we care about them. She said in this article that she will stop the long wait lines, ensure we get the treatment we need, yet no where in her speech, or anywhere in this article, did she say exactly how she plans on accomplishing anything that she said. I can say the same exact things that she did, it doesn't make it true. I'm not bagging on her alone, I'm talking about ALL politicians, and yes this includes Trump. Until I actually hear their PLAN, I don't believe in any way, shape or form that they will bother trying to help out veterans and their families. they say these things in an effort to win your vote, then you go back to being meaningless to them like before. Words don't mean anything, actions do!

The issue of bettering health care for veterans must come from congress, which is reluctant to help us. All dude and dudet know this, and we do too yet we follow the beat of their drum or pipe; dam I just made an analogy/methapor.

Every candidate from Cruz (who voted down veteran's benefits) to ol Bernie (who ignored multiple abuse allegations and scandals within the VA under his watch) has promised "reform". Why should we believe them? Both her and Trump are pathological liars just looking to scoop up some votes. She doesn't care. She left our guys to die in Benghazi because she couldn't be bothered to answer the phone and do her job. What makes anyone think she cares about us?

Politicians running for the POTUS office always make promises to help veterans, but unless the politicians in congress change rules nothing will happen.
