For having a Naval Intelligence background, she showed zero intelligence in her choice to do this.

I just don't understand why somebody with that much time in would jeopardize everything for Wi-Fi Brother Dale.

SGT Carl Blas - Could very well be the case and probably is Brother Carl. I Love it when a bad military member or cop gets busted!!!

I can understand the want to go around protocols with internet because quite frankly it's a huge bureaucratic pain in the @$$ to follow the protocols; even without going from one tier to another. However...

Using the wifi as a tool against other sailors was way, way uncalled for, and she didn't get enough of a punishment for that if you ask me. For recreational purposes: sailors have had to make due without internet while on voyages ever since humans have learned that certain things help us stay afloat. Could've easily coordinated with the Navy base's MWR for fun stuff that doesn't require a stupid internet connection to make work; like older video games, arcades, straight up board games, maybe some hip-pocket classes on gambling games so the boots aren't going into foreign shores unaware, etc.
