Scientists say it isn't too late if we act now. Based on my observations of human behavior, I disagree, well in the idea there is a chance in heck we will take any drastic action now. We are just not going to act now because people are not walking outside and turning into bacon. We have a large capacity to take in most negative changes as long as it is gradual and then when it becomes obvious we give up because it's too hard to change. Hence our obesity epidemic.

I disagree. America did a lot to stop many horrible things that the corporations were doing all the while they continued to lie to us. The EPA, and the Super Fund, ending DDT are just a few items we showed we could do. Today, instead of the herbicide companies, it's big oil and big coal that are lying to us 24/7. All you have to do is vote out those climate deniers. You know which party they belong to. We CAN DO IT!!! You know who lies to us--let's get rid of them!!!!!!!!!
