I guess it starts at the top because we have a trans admiral. I wonder what milli vanilli identifies as? I really think these committees are a waste of time and money.

In my view, MGySgt (Join to see), There is not room for anyone in our military who becomes shy or withdrawn about doing the work required to protect out country in any branch!!! Those leaders who foster a gentler part of our Military should be removed from service! We need people who will not blanch when the security and safety of our Country is at stake as well as the improvement of all military men and women... Just saying...

While I generally agree with you, not everything we do should be harsh and over the top. There is room for STRATEGIC gentleness and generosity. Teddy said it best... Speak softly and carry a big stick.
