He wants to buy back guns at $200 a gun?? Most “military style rifles” in California sell for over $1000 each. That would be fair market value, not $200. Where would the money come from to pay for that?

Fiat currency, they'll borrow it from current and future tax payers who will no longer have the ability to defend themselves from their democrat overlords. CA is flat broke and deep in debt. They need everyone's means of self defense so they can go full communist.
