Convenience store clerk says customers 'need to go back to their country' in video confrontation

I am a former resident of Naperville. It is a great community of around 142,000 people now. It still has the feel of a small community. This one person and I'm sure a handful of others do not seem like the Naperville I lived in and still occasionally visit.

Since when did convenience store employees become the ones to say who can be in this country?
