Drugs and alcohol. Nobody wants to admit drugs and or alcohol may add to mental illness. It was the case in 2015 with painkillers and alcohol in my sister's suicide. Nobody wants to talk about it. They think that drinking is normal. Some are closet alcoholics. Join Alcoholics Anonymous.
