Very depressing to read stories as horrible as this.

So sad and they don't deserve that.

The Generals wife at Arifjan started a PAWS there. They can always call the vet over there to come get them. Its usually the camp commanders who make these calls, it made me sick when I was there. I saved a puppy out of a litter of 9, named him Patriot, the Generals wife had him picked up, our ARF took the rest out and shot them.
