Well, let me jump on the pile with Debbie Wasserman Schultz stories. This is the one I was waiting for. I think that she was desperate to do anything to win Hillary's good graces. Remember, she abandoned Hillary to support Obama. Personally, I think it was a futile effort. Hillary doesn't forgive easily. No, not even Bill. (I suspect staying with Bill was always intended as a form of punishment)

Nothing will come of it because most people don't follow this or care. Even if the lawsuit is successful it will be a non-issue for the media and the DNC.
