True. US military is not planning preemptive nuclear strike. But if they are planning it, hopefully the public is the last to know otherwise I like to talk to DoD about their OPSEC training. Haha!

Of course we aren't PLANNING a first strike.... it's already PLANNED. The United States is nothing if not good at planning for things it never really wants to do. Annexation of Canada? Planned. Assassination of KJU? Planned. Reunification of the Korean Peninsula? Planned.
