Last month Israel's Supreme Court refused to hear a petition by a human rights group demanding that Palestinian children detained in Israeli jails be allowed to telephone their parents.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Chip,while i do not condone "ill-treatment" of anyone,the photos shown here are not "children". If you were ever on the ground in VN,you know that "children" such as these were a part of the combatants we face and the PF's(popular forces of South Vietnam) were often younger than 14 or 15 years old.Age is not a factor when dealing with militant antagonist.IMO
