Disaster: What Happens When a Russian Nuclear Submarine Slams into a U.S. Sub

The problem with Subs is that they want to remain undetected. When they do, as in this story, is that things can go wrong if circumstances allow. They both did what was needed and there really is no way to fix it if they do their missions properly. There is a well known saying that covers this: Shit Happens.
