COL Charles Williams - Who were the older guys that the instructors were ragging on? It appeared to be a contest involving adults from what I thought I saw. Oh, my poor failing eyeballs!!!

Yes. Probably instructors. Looked like National Drill competition in Daytona. Knock out is the last event of the competition for the kids. They probably did one with interested instructors.
