'Even with the assistance of an autocue' Biden is 'utterly incoherent'

C'mon, spit it out Joe.... I could chew tobacco and spit and talk better than that lol...

It is clear to me that President Biden is in incipient dementia. He literally cannot string three sentences together, even when he's reading them off the teleprompter. And he apparently has an impulse to improvise in spite of his "handlers" warnings not to do that. Watching President Biden wander around the room in confusion when former President Obama was visiting the White House was a sad spectacle.

This is really a sad display. That newscast was from an Australian TV station. President Biden seems unable to string together three expository sentences without lapsing into irrelevancies or issuing belated greetings to political allies (all the labor union leaders) whose names he seems to have forgotten. So who is really running the show behind the scenes at the White House? A bunch of radical staffers is setting the agenda, perhaps?
