Now be advised that Director Comey testified on 7/7/16 that Clinton's attorneys were NOT cleared to view her State Dept emails.
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this part: Whoever she showed them to -- is subject to conspiracy CHARGES under USC 18 s. 793(g)!!!
(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy."

That is precisely what I have been saying since the Email fiasco began. And I would certainly expect Comey to have had knowledge of the code referenced. Yet, this is the first time anyone has noted this oversight.

MCPO Roger Collins - Cpl Morris mentioned that people who credibly pointed out misconduct within Secretary Clinton's circle had a habit of "disappearing". By Capt Millers three letter statement immediately before yours, it appears that the string of "disappearances" is still intact.

CAPT. Wish I could say it matters but she is a Clinton. Laws applies to us, not Hillary and Bill. This has been a big cover up from the beginning and the corruption is even in the open. The Democrats do not care as long as their progressive programs are pushed.

I wonder if Hillary's attorneys will claim entrapment. After all, had the Justice Dept done it's job, Hillary would have been indicted, the emails would have been evidence, and her attorneys could have been given the proper clearances to review the evidence.
