Federal Judge Will Not Void Guilty Ruling On Arpaio, Despite Trump's Pardon

There should not be any misunderstanding between those that like and support Arpaio...and those that are in opposition to the former Sheriff...the Judges explanation of the basis of his decision is clear and to the point...A pardon only forgives the punishment of the Offender...it does not and will not eliminate the criminality of his act...Arpaio is still an offender...he disobeyed a court order willingly and with malice...a pardon does not eliminate the that Arpaio willingly committed a crime...ergo he is and always will be a criminal...Ergo there is justice in the world after all...

Capt Dwayne Conyers so Sheriff Joe is enforcing federal immigration laws and was too good at it so the federal government tells him to stop enforcing the laws they put on the books and then charges him for it. Why have immigration laws if you're not going to enforce them.

So he can't have that Federal Job?
