I love Chemistry and the Bit about the Difference between C-3 (Carbon 3) and C-4 (Carbon 4) food is just amazing.

I went to Disney with the boys before they got too old (I think your never too old) and at Epcot they had the world of the future which included crop production, vertical gardening and aquaponics.....It was very cool.

I love playing in the dirt. Gardening is a Passion. Never tried my Hand at Hydroponics but i've always been fascinated by it also.
