First stone laid at Dutch Holocaust Memorial in Amsterdam

Something few Dutch will speak of is that after the war, many collaborators worked their way back into positions of power. They are all dead or long retired so there are no impediments to finally building a national memorial to the Holocaust victims. They have been honored during Remembrance Day ceremonies along all other military & resistance deaths, but they are one wreath among many.
