If he loses his job, I won't feel sorry. He has himself to blame and no one else.

This man is entitled to his opinion, as is everyone else. His opinion may have been a bit abrasive, but in a way, he isn't wrong. Night clubs are definitely not the classiest places and there are definitely a lot of shameful things that go on there. However, with a professional career, he probably should have kept his opinion between those he trusts. I definitely do not recommend posting everything publicly. On the flip side of that coin, the man is transparent and you can see him for who he really is. Just trying to think outside the box here. Not saying what he did was right, but you have to think about this from both sides.
