$4M seems excessive but her whistle blowing allegations should be heard especially if it has merits.

MAJ James Woods Considering what we used to do at SPAWARS 6211 with the Use it or Lose It Mentality, I know buying a whole box of Tweakers is Most Definitely Wasteful but We Did It. I know getting everyone in the Shop a Fluke was Wasteful. On the Nuclear Cruisers, Deep Sixing Wrenches from the Plant when We Got New Ones was Wasteful. Having Open Purchase Accts at Radio Shack Invites all Kinds of Problems but We Definitely Had every kind of Radio Receiver ever Conceived Of.

MAJ James Woods Being a Spook with the "Black Budget" I'm Sure there is a Lot of What I Did Folks would Call Wasteful. My Photolab at Sugar Grove, WV comes to Mind. It was Stocked Pretty Damn Good!

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I hear ya. Saw plenty of fraud and waste working with Iraqis and Afghan military as we tried to build them in our image as opposed to building them into an image that they can self sustain. All the shower and latrine trailers that became outhouses because they couldn't sustain the potable/waste water contracts with local vendors.
