FPC: New Filings and Order in Lawsuit Challenging California’s “Assault Weapon" Ban

Along with this story, I read another in the SF Chronicle, it's a subscription site so I didn't share it. This is the Digest version; The Std Cap magazine ban is going to be reviewed by the 9th Circuit en-banc. Earlier(Last August) a 3 Judge panel From the 9th held with Judge Benitez's ruling(2017) that the ban on Std Cap magazines was UN-Constitutional So CA appealed for an 11 Judge panel to review it and it was accepted. So, right now Pro 2A groups are gearing up for 2 big cases in CA. The grabbers don't care about Your Rights, they've been told to be afraid of guns by their "Leaders" and not to question it. "Shall not be Infringed"
