You can make statistics say anything you want them to. And polls are worse, you can get the answer you want by the way you phrase the question SGT (Join to see)

I friend of mine from grammar school days owned a survey and poll-taking business. He told me his first job was to determine what results his customer would like to see from the survey. Then he would set about slanting the questions and selecting the population of the poll to get those results.
The effect of those machinations was to assure repeat business from the customer paying for the work.
