Does this headline bother anyone but me? Reading the by-line it looks like GM will no longer be sold in Europe...ever. Reading the story- they sold a manufacturing piece, but will still distribute Chevy and Caddy brands in Europe. Why don't we trust the media?

Deliberately misleading headlines is only a small part of my media gripe. I want accurate news without opinions added in until after the facts are established first. I don't mind expert opinions given after the facts and stated as such, but I really dislike it when those opinions are stated as the facts or twisted in to be deliberately misleading. This seems to be the norm today on all sides for almost any issue.

That. Any person skimming the headlines would see this and think GM must be hurting. I had not heard of any rumblings so gave it a read. Headline doesn't match the story.
